Above all else, this position is responsible for providing an unforgettable and world class customer service experience. This role is part customer service, part advisor, and at all times going above and beyond to "wow" our members. 80% of your day will be spent communicating with people over the phone. Our calls range from helping someone find the nearest restaurant to having deep conversations about their personal defense training.

Full schedule availability is needed (Monday) - (Friday), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM for training program at hire.
The total amount of training time lasts for 7 weeks, this includes New Employee Orientation, product training, systems training, on-the-job-training, and qualifying for a Wisconsin Concealed Carry license.
You must successfully complete the training program. Delta Defense training programs include classroom instruction, computer-based lessons, and instructor-led activities with systems simulations.
